What is an LOA?

What is an LOA?

“Letter of Authorization” is a legal document in which the executing party makes certain assertions to a service provider about their authorization to switch (port) services and telephone numbers from one provider to another. This is a one page PDF document we email you after your order is placed. You forward the LOA to your network provider (ASN) after placing an order for bulk IPv4 leasing.

How do I receive my letter of authorization after I placed an order?

This is emailed to you shortly after your order is placed. Make sure you check your spam folder and whitelist NocRoom.com

What if I cancel my IP leasing plan?

You are responsible to stop announcing the IPv4 subnet. The letter of authorization is rendered invalid once you cancel.

Can I change my letter of authorization later?

You may open a support ticket to request a new LOA if you are changing network providers and have a new ASN.
