Managed VoIP & Cloud or Self Hosted PBX System
Managed VoIP Cloud or Self Hosted PBX System
Many businesses have no time for and can’t spare the resources to invest in the traditional wired PBX services. But with a NocRoom turn-key installation, there is no reason to waste time or money on a separate wired phone system or have in-house resources diverted from business goals. The NocRoom dedicated PBX uses existing computer network wiring, eliminating the cost and hassle of installing a wired phone network in each of your various locations.
Perfect for Big or Small Businesses
Whether you run a small business or a large enterprise, your company’s time is best spent working towards your business goals and not on your VOIP PBX installation and management. NocRoom uses both on-site and remote support to keep everything fully configured and running at top speed and efficiency.
A Pro-Active Business Solution
NocRoom’s managed cloud hosted VOIP PBX network is a pro-active solution for protecting your company’s bottom line. There are more time-saving and business-enhancing features to this fully turn-key service than is possible to list here. They include:
Group Rings — add or update
Extensions — add or update
Phone Numbers — add or update
Network Growth — budget control
One Easy Web Interface
One staffer, seated at a desktop computer, can monitor, configure, and manage your entire PBX system. This is the power that the web interface provides. No more heavy technical support requirements, no more midnight calls to another company for help with configuration problems. All you need is right there in the control panel. Support costs go down, and quality of phone communication goes up, with increased stability and continuous uptime.
Create Economical, Corporate-Wide Phone Resources
With centralized phone services, you can start thinking about the more efficient use of your resources. You can develop:
A corporate-wide phone directory, available from every phone on the network and maintained in one place. No duplication of effort, no updating problems, and available 24/7 worldwide.
A single Greeting Recording that plays back on all your network’s phones for receiving unanswered calls. No need for every individual to record a message of unknown quality or character. Consistent branding and customer service are ensured.
Disaster Recovery is made easier. Pre-configurable phone call routing makes it possible to forward all calls from a damaged or unavailable location to another number with no downtime at all. There are serious concerns that your PBX network can address for you. NocRoom staff can discuss this with you.
NocRoom’s turn-key, cloud-based PBX system joins your widely separated phones into one cost-effective, easy-to-manage phone network. From there you will realize an even higher ROI — Return-On-Investment — when you begin taking advantage of the benefits of centralized phone management. And communications matters, especially when disaster strikes.
Once installed, you are up and running everywhere, including:
Mobile Users with Cell Phones
Everyone on the turn-key PBX network has access to all the features of the phone system, regardless of where they are in the world, just as though they were at their desk in their home office.
A Unified Worldwide Network
Cloud hosted VOIP PBX services turn multi-location companies and those using mobile phones into one unified, cost-efficient digital network. This network deploys consistent services across all phones regardless of type — landline or mobile — or location anywhere in the world.
Centralized Phone Network Configuration
With a unified digital phone network, NocRoom centralizes your resources, increasing efficiency and reducing errors and costs.
NocRoom configures your unified PBX network to use and maintain a single source for your company or corporate wide phone directory. Gone are all the individual office phone lists, each with their own errors, and each needing time and resources to edit, update, and distribute. One staffer can handle the phone list at a desktop computer using an easy computer interface.
Only one Greeting Recording is now necessary for the entire phone system. This eliminates the need for every individual to record their own greeting, keeps professional quality and branding under control, and offers consistency to your callers regardless of whom they are calling.
Disaster Recovery is made easier and faster with NocRoom’s managed PBX VOIP system. Phone call routing is pre-configured to forward calls from damaged locations to alternate backup sites in case of an emergency. The backup location can handle your customers’ calls without any loss of service or the customer being aware of any technical problems. Your business has no losses due to phone system downtime.
